SunSolve P90

SunSolve P90 is a software tool that calculates the uncertainty in the energy production of a photovoltaic (PV) systems.

It can be used to calculate the P90, the P95, or any other P-value in an energy yield forecast.

This documentation provides guidance for SunSolve P90 users — from running your first simulation, to tutorials, to explanations of uncertainty distributions. It is intended for engineers and analysts with a solid background in energy-yield forecasting for PV power plants.

SunSolve P90 was released in October 2025. The documentation will continue to expand and become more comprehensive throughout November and December 2025.
