Array losses

The array capture loss, expressed as a per-day value.

The array capture loss represents all operational losses occurring within the PV array prior to the DC measurement point. These include effects such as wiring and junction box losses, array temperature variations, soiling, and other performance impacts.

It is calculated as the difference between the reference yield and the PV array yield.
